• Dispatch from our warehouse is carried out within 4 or 5 working days once the order is paid.
• The cost of shipping is covered by the customer according to tariffs of Nova poshta.
  
• Once the order is sent, the customers receive the commercial invoice for tracking their order.

• Please note that due to current situation in Ukraine postal services may cancel some of their directions. In this case your parcel will be sent by any other suitable postal service.
  Please allow some delays in delivery due to current situation in Ukraine.
  In case of international delivery the customer pays the total cost of the product and the cost of delivery at the checkout. Please note that hu-kh.com is not responsible for any additional taxes or duties that may occur at the customs of your country. Before placing an order please make sure you are aware of all the terms and regulations regarding customs clearance in your country.
• Shipping to the USA. Please note that, according to the new customs regulations, all international shipments to the United States are subject to a customs duty of 10% of the order value. Please contact our team before placing an order for details regarding customs payment.
• The dispatch of items with international delivery can be delayed for no more than 14 days from the moment of placing the order at the request of the client.
• Please note that the items delivered outside of Ukraine cannot be exchanged or returned.
  Hu-kh.com is not responsible for any post office delays once the package leaves its warehouse.
  We do not ship to russia and belarus.

All the payments at hu-kh.com are carried out through Plata payment service and Wayforpay payment system. We accept Visa / Mastercard. Once the payment is made, a confirmation letter with your order number will be automatically sent to your email address.

PRE-ORDER is not regular and available only for particular items.
You can check the possibility of pre-order on the item's web page in the size chart. It requires full payment. The item is shipped once it’s in stock.
